Cocktails

Our list was constructed by Bristol’s resident cocktail guru Liam Davy. This innovative selection is a mix of styles from around the world. There is a drink here for everyone.

House cocktails (any cocktail made with 50ml of  house spirits) £5.50, List cocktails £6, Pipe Dreams £8.

Dowa Originating from Kenya, this is a vodka twist on the classic Brazilian Caipirinha. Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka, fresh lime wedges and honey 

Brandy Alexander A classic 1920’s cocktail from London, combining Courvoisier Exclusive cognac, dark chocolate liqueur and double cream.

Elderflower Collins A little extra flavour added to the classic English cocktail. Larios 12 gin, lemon juice, elderflower cordial, and soda.

Mojito The current cocktail of the moment, this version using a rich Dominican republic rum. Brugal gold rum, lime wedges, fresh mint leaves, sugar syrup, and soda

Grand Day Out A Pimms like summer long drink. Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka, Grand Marnier, Crème de Cerise, and ginger ale.

Bramble Dick Bradsell’s famous gin and blackberry cocktail. Larios 12 gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup served over crushed ice and topped with blackberry and honey liqueur.

Blighty Mojito The love child of the popular classics Mojito and G&T. Larios 12 gin, lime wedges, sugar syrup, cucumber, fresh mint leaves and tonic water.

Daiquiri Noire A fantastic version from London of the, “daddy of Cuban cocktails.” Brugal anejo reserva gold rum, lime juice, muscovado sugar, and fresh mint leaves.

El Diablo Rediscover tequila in a long refreshing drink. Sauza Hornitos tequila, crème de cassis, lime juice, ginger beer.

Pipe Dreams Our version of the infamous Zombie - the killer Caribbean cocktail that carries a serious health warning; only two per person recommended. Appleton special rum, Brugal gold rum, Mount Gay rum, pineapple juice, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, orange juice, an Appleton 151 float and 3 drops of Absinthe. (£8)
