Cocktails at The Pipe
Compiled by the Pipe & Slippers staff over the years, this innovative selection is a mix of styles from around the world. All for £6 except Pipe Dreams at £8, and Pimms Cocktail and Bellinis at £5 each.
Dowa Originating from Kenya, this is a vodka twist on the classic Brazilian Caipirinha. Zubrowka, Bison Grass vodka, fresh lime wedges and honey.
Pimms Cocktail The quintessential English summer drink. Pimms No1 Cup, apples, cucumber, lemon, lime, orange, mint and strawberries, topped up with lemonade. Mmmmmmmm….refreshing!!!
Elderflower Collins A little flavour added to classic English cocktail. Plymouth gin, lemon juice, elderflower cordial, and soda.
V/X Mojito Never goes out of fashion… this version uses a rich Jamaican estate rum. Appleton V/X, lime wedges, fresh mint leaves, sugar and soda.
Passion Fruit Mojito As above but with passion fruit and ginger beer. Tropical!
Blighty Mojito The love child of the popular classics Mojito and G&T. Plymouth gin, lime wedges, sugar syrup, cucumber, fresh mint leaves and tonic water. Rather!
Raspberry Cosmopolitan Fruity twist on a classic. Stoli Raspberry vodka, Cointreau, Chambord, Cranberry Juice, fresh lime and fresh raspberry puree mashed up into an elegant badboy mega-drink. Trust.
Bloody Mary The ideal morning after cocktail, made to taste. Containing all the classic ingredients, vodka, Tabasco, Worcester sauce, tomato juice, celery salt and lemon juice with a dash of sherry. Healing.
Lime Daiquiri The “daddy of Cuban cocktails.” Simply, Bacardi 8yr old rum, lime juice, sugar served in a chilled Martini glass. Lush.
Turbo Island Iced Tea Vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, elderflower, lemon juice, Orchard Pig cider and apple juice. The preferred choice of the Turbo Island veterans…..

Pipe Dreams Our version of the infamous Zombie, and now enjoying cult status among the Stokes Croft regulars. This killer, Caribbean cocktail carries a serious health warning: only two per person recommended. Appleton special rum, Appleton VX gold rum, Mount Gay rum, pineapple juice, passion fruit syrup, lime juice, orange juice, a Wray and Nephews float and 3 drops of Absinthe.
Our cocktail list has evolved over the years to include a combination of established classics, twists on classics, and brand new concoctions. Trying one of our infamous Pipe Dreams has become a rite of passage for the local Stokes Croft crowd, although they do come with a serious warning; more than two and you may not remember how you got home! Not for the faint-hearted...
We can make anything to order, ingredients permitting, but one thing we can guarantee - you won't find a better cocktail half a mile in either direction!
